Shipping & Delivery Policy

Mann of War

At Mann of War, we aim to provide reliable and transparent shipping for all our customers. This policy explains our shipping destinations, dispatch schedule, delivery estimates, shipping charges and procedures for delivery-related issues.

1. Shipping Destinations

Mann of War ships to supported destinations throughout Europe.

We use Ecoparcel and its courier partners to arrange deliveries.

Available delivery methods depend on the destination and the services supported by our shipping partners. These may include home delivery and parcel collection points or lockers, where available.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are dispatched twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched on the next scheduled dispatch day following receipt of payment.

For example, an order placed on Tuesday afternoon, after that day’s dispatch, will normally be shipped on Friday morning.

Under normal circumstances, orders are dispatched within four calendar days of receiving payment.

If a scheduled dispatch day falls on an Italian public holiday or our parcel drop-off point is closed, orders will be dispatched on the next available working day when the drop-off point is open.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, orders are generally expected to arrive within 5–8 working days, depending on the destination and selected courier service.

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier operations, destination, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

We aim to ensure that all orders are delivered within 30 calendar days of purchase.

If we become aware that an order cannot be delivered within this period, we will contact you. Where delivery cannot be completed within 30 days, we will offer cancellation and a full refund, without prejudice to any additional rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery destination, parcel details and selected shipping service.

Shipping charges may include packaging and handling costs.

The total shipping charge, including applicable taxes, is displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information by email using the email address supplied during checkout.

Tracking information allows you to follow your parcel’s progress through the courier’s tracking service.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after a parcel has been handed over to the shipping provider.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take care to package all orders securely to protect their contents during transport.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you discover that items have been damaged during delivery, please contact us at info@mannofwar.it as soon as reasonably possible.

Where possible, please provide:

• Your order number.

• Photographs of the external packaging.

• Photographs of the internal packaging and damaged items.

• A brief description of the damage.

We recommend retaining the packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may assist with our investigation.

If your parcel appears to be lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping provider.

Where goods are lost or damaged during delivery, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including replacement or refund where required.

Mann of War remains responsible for delivery until the goods are received by you or a person designated by you, subject to applicable law.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by the availability of photographs, the outcome of a courier insurance claim or the courier’s own terms and conditions.

7. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information during checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mannofwar.it.

We will do our best to correct the information before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once a parcel has been handed to the courier.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if redelivery is requested.

Any additional charges will be communicated before redelivery is arranged.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Product Availability

All products offered for purchase at Mann of War are subject to stock availability.

Products that are out of stock cannot be purchased until additional stock becomes available.

Where offered, customers may request an email notification when an out-of-stock product becomes available again.

Requesting a stock notification does not constitute a purchase, reservation or guarantee that the product will be restocked.

Orders containing multiple products will normally be dispatched together according to our regular dispatch schedule.
