At Mann of War, we aim to describe our products accurately and package every order carefully. If you need to return an item or report a problem with your order, please contact us using the details below.

1. Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by email or another clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us to send the goods back.

2. Return Shipping Costs

For returns made because you have changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and packaging returned products carefully.

If an item is defective, damaged in transit, incomplete or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange an appropriate remedy without cost to the customer, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

3. Condition of Returned Products

Our products may include unused miniatures removed from original retail packaging, individual plastic sprues, assembled or painted miniatures, and 3D-printed accessories.

Customers may inspect products to establish their nature, characteristics and condition.

However, customers may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection.

For example, removing miniature components from their sprues, assembling, painting, modifying or damaging them may result in a reduction in the refundable amount, where legally justified.

Such handling does not automatically remove the statutory right of withdrawal.

4. Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments received for the returned goods, including the applicable standard outbound delivery costs, in accordance with consumer law.

Additional delivery costs arising from choosing a more expensive delivery service than our least expensive standard option are not refundable.

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method, without additional refund fees.

For partial returns, any applicable delivery-cost reimbursement will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.

5. Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where possible, include your order number, photographs of the affected products and packaging, and a description of the problem.

This information helps us investigate and resolve issues quickly. Providing photographs is not a condition for exercising your statutory consumer rights.

We may review our packing and dispatch records when investigating reported missing or damaged components.

6. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products are covered by the legal guarantees and consumer protections applicable to their sale.

Under Italian consumer law, the legal guarantee of conformity generally lasts two years from delivery. For goods genuinely sold as used, a shorter period may be agreed where legally permitted, but not less than one year.

The applicable guarantee and remedies depend on the product, its condition, the sale agreement and relevant law.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights.

7. Product Descriptions

Some products are removed from larger retail sets and supplied without their original retail boxes.

Each product listing will identify its contents and condition, including whether it is supplied on sprue, clipped from sprue, assembled, painted or otherwise modified.

The absence of original retail packaging will be clearly indicated where relevant.

9. Applicable Consumer Rights

This policy is intended to comply with Italian and applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

Where mandatory consumer law provides greater protection than any provision of this policy, that law takes precedence.

10. Withdrawal Form

Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may also exercise your right by sending another clear statement.
